How much is the security deposit?
Deposit amount is one month’s rent. In certain situations a double deposit may be required – no rental history, insufficient credit (under 600), or recent bankruptcy.

We require a monthly “Pet Rent” for cats and dogs. Renters insurance is mandatory for dogs and certain dog breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. Contact us for more information.
What are valid forms of payment?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, debit and credit cards. You can pay in the office, by mail, over the phone, or online. Our online portals let you access your account 24/7 to pay your balance, schedule maintenance, view lease documents and more!
Are roommates allowed?
Any potential roommates must apply and pass the same requirements as the primary tenant. Certain neighborhoods within the City of Salisbury are covered by the “4-to-2” housing law and restricted to 2 unrelated occupants.
If I am evicted or leave owing rent, will I be turned over to a collection agency?
Yes, and it will also go on your credit report as landlord debt. Payment arrangements are available before it goes to collection.
